The sun had risen to it's full height when she arrived in the lands. Running before Phantom, though not in a bad way, she had made her way to this place. She entered with a sigh, breathing the sweet air with relish. This land was perfect. She slowed her gait to a walk and cooled herself off, looking at the scenery happily. She turned to the river and drank deeply as she awaited Phantom.

Phantom cantered smoothly along the river. THe cool water splashed up on him. He felt good and slowed as he neared her. He shook his head and small water droplets flew. Thew sparkled like dimonds and hit the ground and dissappered. He stoped infront of her. "So how do you like your new home?" he asked.

She looked up and smiled. I like it very, very much. she said. She raised her head from it's lowered position slowly, carefully. No need to hurt her neck. Are there any others here? she asked after a moment, reaching over to pull a tiny burr from his mane.

Phantom loked down in dismay. ''No...Not yet." he spoke first in sadness but as he said 'not yet' a smile formed upon his lips. His tail flickered as he shook his head. He stepped out and nuzzeled her. HIs muzzel going behind her whiters as he groomed her. He hoped this would make her more relaxed.

It worked. She relaxed completely into his grooming and reached out her muzzle to groom him in return. This feeling in her chest....what was it? She had never felt it before adn it confused her. It was nice, but somehow like a thorn in her heart. She needed something, but what was it? She sighed mentally and continued grooming his back.

Phanotm stoped and shut his eyes. He could feel her pain somehow. He looked at her with worried eyes. He had never enouctered this before. But he felt sorry for her he sighed and groomed her more. HIs muzzel behind her withers.

Something wrong? she asked as she felt him stop. Don't stop It feels so nice.. she said dreamily, her eyes half closed in delight. One hof scraped the ground lazilly and she swished flies away from them with her long tail. This was bliss for her....except that strange feeling.

He kept on grooming her. When he felt her relax he relaxed too. HIs bottom lip drooped as he shut his eyes. HIs hind leg lifted up as he rested on his other leg. THe wind blew along. It rusteled the trees aroudn them.
