Basic info
activity checks will now have a specific date. we will have a certain date now so absent people now when the chekcs are taking place and now they will be absent when these checks occur.
the date is the 20th of every month. a staff member(admins or mods) will start the check. the activity check will end two weeks from the 20th of each month.
Staff info
only the admins may delete people afterwards. a list will be made of the people that are active and an admin should look at the list while deleting inactive accounts.
one admin should let the others know who is doing the activety check each month so they are all aware. if a mod does the activety check they will inform an admin that the activity check is done and the inactive accounts need to be deleted.
when you do the activity check you must also check the absent board so you don't delete anyone who was absent on the activety check but active. when you do this you must give those names to the admin that is deleting unactive accounts so they know who not to delete.
Player info
if you are going to be absent during the 20th of any month then please post a thread in the absent board and in your heading write: (AC) in there somewhere so the staff knows you were prepared during the activety check. this way it is much easier for the staff to look through the absent threads and see you was absent during the activety check.
